Our Pilates class is a series of non-impact exercises designed to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness.

Core & Shape

Focuses on toning and strengthening the abdominal, lower back, hips, and glutes. Sculpt your body into a masterpiece, improve your posture, and reduce the likelihood of back pain while still achieving a great workout.

Be Fit - (Pre/Post Natal)

Age group: 18 - 65+, please see the instructor before enrolling and seek advice from your doctor/midwife. This class it's also good for everyone else

A great workout and low impact class especially designed for pregnant women from 1-40 weeks and postpartum.

A class that mums can come with their babies/toddlers to have a good and fun workout together.

Stretch and Bond with your baby at Mama and Baby Yoga!

This baby friendly environment focuses on restoring your pelvic floor muscles and core as well as releasing tension in your shoulders, neck and back. Your baby will be introduced to Baby Yoga movements with sing-along songs and lots of kisses from you. No experience required. Booking and cancellations required at reception within 12 hours prior class.  

Zumba Kids - Specialty Class

Perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids 7-11 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music.

Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.

STRONG - Specialty Class

Age Group: Anyone

This High Intensity Tempo Training combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synchronized to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. For more info check HERE

Hot Wheels

Age Group: Anyone

An outdoor fitness cycling class on your own bike. In this class we combine cycling and exercises.

Members on Full Access have free access to this class; all the other members can access the class with just $5 fee/session.
